Start with a request.
Use our Gingr booking portal to create your owner and pet profiles, then send your daycare or boarding request. If you’re unsure which service fits your pet, call us first at (252) 531-7734.
We review requests before approving them. Sending a request does not reserve a place on its own. Once it’s approved, your confirmation will come by text or email, depending on your notification settings.
Send current vaccine records.
We need updated vaccine documents before we can accept a booking. You can upload documents or screenshots to your pet’s profile in Gingr. Your vet can also email them directly to Lindsay@twinklepawz.com.
Contact us for the current requirements for your pet before making arrangements. For questions about your pet’s health or vaccination timing, speak with your veterinarian.
Bring what feels familiar.
For your dog
We prefer you to bring their usual food. Meals are served individually. Resort food is available for an additional charge if you need it; ask us about the current charge when planning your stay.
For your cat
Contact us before arrival to discuss what to pack and anything your cat needs to feel comfortable. Cats stay in private housing in our separate cat-only building, with individual rotating playtime rather than communal play.
For a rabbit or guinea pig
Bring their cage, bedding and food. Talk us through their routine before their stay so we can discuss their care needs with you.
Please check with us before bringing other belongings. We’ll help you work out what to pack for your individual pet.
Tell us what we should know.
You spend every day with your pet. Let us know what helps them settle in, what they enjoy and whether they prefer company or their own space. Mention any individual care needs before your visit so we can talk through the right fit.
For dogs, our in-house compatibility assessment considers friendliness, energy and demeanor. Compatible boarding dogs can join daycare; dogs who don’t join group play have separate fenced areas.
Plan your drop-off.
Our pick-up and drop-off hours are:
- Monday–Friday: 7–10 am and 4–6 pm
- Saturday: 8–10 am and 4–6 pm
- Sunday: 11 am–4 pm

Daily SMS report cards are included with overnight dog and cat stays, but not daycare. Photo text updates are an optional paid extra; ask about the current charge before your stay. You’re also welcome to call or text us for an update.
